Meet the team

Melanie is originally from Burton-on-Trent. She enjoys providing quality dental care for all, offering preventative advice, routine and cosmetic dentistry including orthodontics.

Gail is also originally from Burton-on-Trent and her interests are preventative & cosmetic dentistry. She also performs facial aesthetics at the practice.

Out of work Gail enjoys growing her own fruit and vegetables, cooking, interior design, skiing and travel.

Jo joined Beaufort Dental Care in November 2014. She enjoys providing comprehensive family dental care ranging from prevention to more advanced and cosmetic treatments.

Outside of dentistry Jo enjoys playing the piano and flute, keeping fit and spending time with her husband and two children.

Sundip graduated from The University of Sheffield in 2005 and completed his training in Leicester. Following this, he moved to the North-West where he worked as a Senior House Officer in Maxillofacial Surgery and completed his MFDS Qualification from the Royal College of Surgeons (Edinburgh).

During his time in the North West he became an Oral Surgery Tutor at the Manchester Dental Hospital and the Salford Royal Hospital and it was during this time, he met his future wife, Hayley. Thereafter, Sundip and Hayley moved back to Leicestershire and have been here ever since.

Sundip has a great interest in Oral Surgery and has been an Minor Oral Suregry Performer for practices in the Leicestershire area for over 10 years. Recently, he was approved as a ‘Tier 2 Level Oral Surgeon’ within the Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Hertfordshire and South Midlands Regions. It is from this passion within Oral Surgery, that his interests in Dental Implants began to grow.

In 2008, Sundip completed his Implant Training at The University of Sheffield on the ‘One-to-One Implant Training’ course and has since successfully placed over 500 Implants. He has also successfully completed over 30 ‘All-on-4’ cases following further Training at the prestigious Eastman Institute in London.

Sundip is also the Lead Clinician for the ‘East Midlands Nobel Biocare Implant Study Club’ which brings together Implantologists from all over the region to discuss and work through more complex Implant cases.

Outside of general dental practice, Sundip is also an ORE Examiner, an Examiner for the Diploma in Primary Care Oral Surgery as well as an Examiner for the Diploma in Implant Dentistry (London).

Outside of dentistry, Sundip loves spending time with his wife and their three beautiful children. His man interests lie in Movies, the 80’s, Music from the 80’s, 80’s Movies and his beloved Arsenal.

Nick joined the Beaufort team in February 2021, but has been a patient at the practice himself for many years. Nick qualified from Manchester in 2018 and since then have worked in practices in Wolverhampton and Derby. What he likes most about dentistry is being able to help people, from getting them out of pain to improving someone’s smile. His main interest within dentistry is root canal treatment and hopes to gain additional qualifications in this in the future so that he can provide my patients with even better outcomes.

In his spare time, he likes playing sport- although this hasn’t been possible for the last 10 months! Instead of squash and hockey, he's tried to stay fit by cycling and running. Other than keeping fit and healthy, he enjoys reading and spending time with his family.
